Yesterday I became an aunt.
My nephew was born by C-section.
My sister-in-law went through about 10 hours of labor and eventually had to undergo a C-section.
I hope my sister-in-law recover safely.
He has't opened his eyes yet.
In korea, it is common for mothers to enter special hospital after giving birth.
At postpartum care centers, they provide comprehensive care for mothers and newborns.
They assist with various aspects of postnatal care(산후 건강관리), ranging from breastfeeding suppport to baby care.
Typically, mothers stay at these centers for about 2 weeks.
