I have/don't have sweet tooth.

I have a quite big sweet tooth.
My sweet tooth is quite strong.
I usually drink sweet latte in the mornig.
because myblood sugar levels felt low. (= I needed a sugar rush.)
My body needed some sugar.

I usually go to a different cafe everyday.

Q. Do you often use artificial sweeteners?
He is pre-diabetic.

Zero-sugar drinks have become popular in the beverage industry these days.
The World Health Organization(WHO) recently came out with a report warning people not to rely on artificial sweeteners as a way to control their weight or prevent chronic diseases associated with excess sugar intake.

Even with savory food, makers have developed a habit of throwing in a little sugar just for the heck of it.

People who have developed a sweet tooth might understand the health risks and want to cut back, but somtimes that's easier said than done.

in theory it's easy but in practice it's not. it's easier said than done.
What a tall order this is.

Replacing added sugar with artificial sweeteners doen't seem to help us get chronic health problems such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease under control.
